Its ok to be tired. It’s ok to not want to do things. You do a lot of things already. There are so many things to do and so many that you didn’t get to do. Some that you wish you could have done a little more of today.
But it feels so good just to do at least a little bit of it. It’s great to know that you did at least a little bit of that thing that you want to do everyday today.
Remember that you don’t always have to do a lot. You don’t have to do the most you can every time. But you do need to do some. You need to at least do a little bit whenever you can.
Don’t make it be so that you are in position to do that thing you want to do but you stop and say that you aren’t going to do it. Remember that you don’t have to do a lot of it. You still have to make it high quality. But the issue is that if you are seriously committing to something like fitness or writing, or music, or all of the above, you need to do it every day. You will feel immense progress and love that you are making time to do what you love everyday. You will love yourself for doing the most you possibly can. You will love yourself for who you are and what you can do. You will feel so happy for the capableness of your body and mind. You will be master of your will.
